easy process coffee service rear access

the check-in process was quick and easy. the room provided included toiletries. tea and coffee. i found easy access to the car park from the rear of the building.

the room decor felt a little dated.

The hotel provided secure parking behind locked gates, a feature I highly value. The restaurant meal was great. I particularly enjoyed the steak. The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a log!). Breakfast offered a good selection of items.

The bar was occasionally unavailable due to a wedding, limiting access to drinks at certain times.

I was pleased with the well sized executive double room. The bed provided great comfort, i slept very well. I found the large car park very convenient.

The television remote had batteries that were nearly depleted.

Fantastic Stay!

warm welcome spacious room free parking

I was greeted VERY warmly upon arrival. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The facilities proved great. Ample free parking and secure, REALLY put my mind at ease. The staff always seemed available when needed and keen to help.

The cost for dogs felt high considering the restrictions. I paid £20 per night, but there was no designated comfortable area for me to relax with my dog. It was disappointing I had to stay ONLY in the reception area.

The breakfast included various options, all fresh (i especially liked croissants). Staff were responsive. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the room lighting. Ample parking was available, offering convenient access to my vehicle.

The elevator was a bit slow.
